Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Engineering for a remote role. You will lead a team of ServiceNow engineers, drive platform strategy, governance, and modernization across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, and related modules.

You will partner with business leaders and vendors to align investments with business outcomes, manage delivery, and ensure platform stability, security, and scalability across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading IT systems and projects in a large department.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
• 10+ years in acquiring and managing technology professionals.
• Strong communication with executive and operational management.
• Experience in matrix management and influencing across teams.

Responsibilities

• Set platform strategy, governance, and multi-year roadmap for ServiceNow.
• Lead a team of ServiceNow engineers for development, upgrades, and operations.
• Oversee vendor relationships and financial management for the platform.
• Drive AI capabilities and adoption across workflows.
• Establish KPIs and executive reporting on platform health.
