Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Engineering to lead strategy, governance, and delivery of the enterprise ServiceNow platform. This remote role works with leaders, vendors, and teams to drive scalable, secure solutions that align with business objectives.

You will mentor engineers, establish standards, and oversee upgrades, integrations, and AI capabilities like Now Assist, ensuring value and reliability across IT services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing information technology systems and projects.
• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years acquiring and managing technology professionals.
• 10+ years managing people.
• 5+ years matrix management and cross-functional influence.
• Extensive experience communicating with executive and operational management.
• Large-scale project/program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for ServiceNow engineering across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB/CSDM, and related domains.
• Oversee a team of ServiceNow engineers delivering design, development, and operations.
• Define platform strategy, roadmap, and governance; manage demand and investments.
• Ensure platform stability, security, compliance, and performance.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, vendors, and partners to align investments with business outcomes.
• Champion AI capabilities like Now Assist and predictive intelligence.
• Lead talent development, succession planning, and performance coaching.
