Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group seeks a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Engineering to lead platform strategy, governance, and the engineering delivery of enterprise ServiceNow capabilities. This role oversees engineers, focuses on modernization, and aligns investments with business outcomes in a remote setting.

Qualifications

10+ years experience managing IT systems and projects
10+ years experience in the acquisition and management of technology and technology professionals
10+ years managing people
5+ years demonstrated success in matrix management and influence environments
Extensive experience in communicating with executive and operational management
Large-scale project or program management experience

Responsibilities
