Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group seeks a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Engineering - Remote, overseeing strategic leadership, governance, and delivery of the enterprise ServiceNow platform. You will manage a team of ServiceNow engineers, ensure platform stability, security, and modernization, and align investments with business outcomes across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB/CSDM, and more.

You will partner with executives and vendors to drive platform value, set governance controls, and guide AI capability adoption,

Qualifications

10+ years leading IT systems and projects in a large IT org.
10+ years acquiring/managing technology professionals.
10+ years managing people.
5+ years in matrix management/influence environments.
Extensive experience communicating with executive/operational mgmt.
Large-scale project or program management experience.

Responsibilities

Define multi-year ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, and investments aligned to business goals.
Lead platform governance, intake, demand management, and prioritization processes.
Oversee a team of ServiceNow engineers for development, admin, integrations, upgrades, and support.
Establish engineering standards, release management, and operational processes for reliability.
Guide adoption of ServiceNow AI capabilities and ensure platform value.
Drive platform upgrades, testing strategies, production support, and modernization.
Foster a culture of accountability, mentoring, and talent development.
