• 10+ years experience managing information technology systems and projects
• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent
• 10+ years experience in acquiring and managing technology professionals
• 10+ years managing people
• 5+ years matrix management and influence experience
• Experience communicating with executive management
• Large-scale project or program management experience

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities
• Lead platform governance, intake, demand management, and prioritization
• Evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities to expand platform value
• Establish engineering standards, release management, and operational processes
• Guide design, configuration, integration, testing, and release readiness for AI capabilities
• Oversee platform upgrades, maintenance, and production support
• Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing ServiceNow team
• Provide platform delivery metrics, forecasts, and vendor performance assessments
