SOLV Energy is seeking a senior SCADA Design Lead to own in-house SCADA design for utility-scale projects and support commissioning readiness. You will lead complex design workstreams, produce detailed drawings, and mentor engineers while ensuring SOLV standards and NERC compliance.

The role is fully remote, requiring collaboration with OT and field teams to define hardware needs and ensure project success across PV, BESS, and wind assets.

Formación

• Experience leading SCADA design for utility-scale PV, BESS, or wind projects.
• Drafting engineering drawings for SCADA, networking, electrical, or substation work.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and design standards; able to develop comprehensive drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead in-house SCADA system design for utility projects and set technical direction.
• Review scope, produce detailed diagrams, port maps, and BOMs for racks and enclosures.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive design quality and standards adherence.
• Coordinate with OT teams to validate hardware requirements and mitigate risks.
• Present at customer reviews and FATs as senior SCADA design SME.
• Ensure on-time delivery, risk management, and NERC/compliance alignment.
