Job summary

SOLV Energy, a leading provider of infrastructure services to the power industry, seeks a senior SCADA design lead for utility-scale PV, BESS, and wind projects. This fully remote role involves guiding design workstreams, ensuring SOLV standards, and supporting commissioning readiness.

You will create drawings in AutoCAD and Visio, define SCADA design standards, mentor engineers, and coordinate with OT teams to ensure system reliability and long-term performance.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electrical, mechanical or energy engineering.
• 6–8 years of renewable energy and SCADA engineering experience.
• Experience drafting SCADA, networking, and substation drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-house SCADA design for utility-scale projects.
• Develop detailed design documents and BOMs.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure design standards.
• Collaborate with OT teams on hardware requirements.
• Ensure compliance with NERC and SOLV standards.
