Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior SCADA Design Lead to manage in-house SCADA design for utility-scale PV, BESS, and wind projects. You will own and drive complex scada drawings, network diagrams, and BOMs, while upholding SOLV standards and ensuring commissioning readiness.

This fully remote role offers opportunities to mentor engineers and collaborate with OT teams on hardware and software standards. You will provide senior technical guidance, review complex SCADA configurations, and

Qualifications

• Lead SCADA design for utility-scale PV, BESS and wind projects.
• Draft and review detailed SCADA drawings, diagrams and BOMs.
• Mentor junior/mid-level engineers and enforce SOLV standards.
• Ensure NERC compliance and design governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead SCADA design workstreams for utility-scale projects.
• Develop and maintain SCADA drawing sets and wiring diagrams.
• Mentor and train junior engineers.
• Collaborate with OT teams on hardware requirements and standards.
• Support project handoff, commissioning readiness and long-term reliability.
• Produce project documentation in Visio and AutoCAD.
