Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a senior SCADA design lead to own in-house SCADA design for utility-scale PV, BESS and wind projects. You will supervise drawings in AutoCAD/Visio, develop standards, review complex schematics, and mentor junior engineers.

This remote role requires expertise in SCADA networks, industrial automation, and delivering design-ready packages compliant with NERC and company standards.

Qualifications

• Senior SCADA design experience on utility-scale PV, BESS or wind projects.
• Experience delivering detailed design drawings and standards.
• Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with NERC compliance and industrial networking.

Responsibilities

• Lead SCADA design workstreams and own project drawings and schematics.
• Develop and enforce design standards across the team.
• Review and approve SCADA drawing sets and redlines.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate with OT/DEP teams.
• Support commissioning, FATs, and on-site issue resolution.
