Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a senior SCADA Design Lead to own in-house SCADA system designs for utility-scale PV, BESS, and wind projects. You will produce detailed drawings, resolve complex issues, and reinforce SOLV standards across teams.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with the OT team, and drive standards updates while supporting commissioning readiness and long-term reliability of projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Advanced SCADA design for utility-scale PV, BESS, and wind.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power systems and substation interfaces.
• Experience drafting engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Lead SCADA design workstreams for large renewable projects.
• Define and enforce SCADA design standards and best practices.
• Review scope documents and prepare BOMs for racks and enclosures.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster engineering excellence.
• Coordinate with OT and field teams for commissioning readiness.
• Lead FAT tests and technical reviews with customers.
