Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a senior SCADA Design Lead for renewable energy projects. You will own the in-house SCADA design for utility-scale PV, BESS, and wind, producing detailed drawings and ensuring quality standards.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with OT teams, and drive standardization to improve project reliability and long-term performance across nationwide deployments.

Qualifications

• Lead in-house design of SCADA monitoring and control systems for utility-scale projects.
• Define and improve SCADA standards and best practices across the team.
• Provide senior-level review of SCADA drawing sets and redlines.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with OT teams to reinforce standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SCADA drawings, wiring diagrams, and block diagrams.
• Serve as primary technical escalation point for complex SCADA configurations and design challenges.
• Lead design reviews and FAT activities with customers and third-party integrators.
• Coordinate on-site commissioning support and field issue resolution.
