Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a senior SCADA Design Lead to own in-house SCADA drawings and standards for utility-scale PV, BESS, and wind projects.

This fully remote role requires expert design skills, strong cross-functional collaboration, and mentored leadership to drive reliable, compliant systems. You will oversee complex design reviews, document iterations, and coordination with OT teams, delivering high-quality diagrams, BOMs, and wiring schematics while advancing SOLV standards across

Qualifications

• Lead SCADA design workstreams for utility-scale PV, BESS, and other power projects.
• Draft, review and maintain SCADA drawings and documentation to SOLV standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with OT teams on hardware requirements.
• Ensure designs meet NERC governance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead SCADA design workstreams for utility-scale PV, BESS, and other power generation projects.
• Define, document, and improve SCADA design standards and best practices.
• Review scopes and prepare diagrams, BOMs, and wiring diagrams for racks and enclosures.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with OT
• Promote design quality and reliability across projects
• Lead FAT and customer technical reviews and provide project updates.
