SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a senior SCADA Design Lead to steer in-house SCADA monitoring and control system designs for utility-scale PV, BESS, and wind projects.

You will produce detailed drawings in AutoCAD and Visio, review complex designs, and serve as the primary technical escalation point for challenging configurations. You will mentor junior engineers, define design standards, collaborate with OT teams, drive standardization, and ensure compliance with NERC and company policies.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electrical, mechanical or energy engineering preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD required.
• Advanced knowledge of Layer 2/3 networking concepts and architectures.
• Experience with SCADA networks and industrial automation protocols.

Responsabilités

• Lead in-house SCADA design of monitoring and control systems for utility-scale PV, BESS, and wind projects.
• Develop, review, and approve detailed design documents including diagrams and BOMs.
• Perform senior-level reviews of SCADA drawings and issue redlines.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and reinforce design standards.
• Collaborate with SOLV OT to define hardware requirements and mitigate risks.
• Drive standardization and process improvements for long-term reliability.
