SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior SCADA Design Lead to own in-house SCADA designs for utility-scale PV, BESS, and wind projects. This fully remote role requires steering complex design workstreams, coordinating with OT teams, and ensuring compliance with SOLV standards.

You'll mentor engineers, produce drawings in AutoCAD/Visio, review designs, and support commissioning readiness and long‑term reliability across nationwide projects.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electrical, mechanical or energy engineering.
• Direct SCADA engineering experience on industrial/utility PV, BESS or wind projects.
• Experience drafting engineering drawing sets for SCADA, networking, electrical or substation designs.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and drawing standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex SCADA design workstreams for utility-scale PV, BESS and wind projects.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through technical reviews and standards enforcement.
• Serve as primary technical escalation point for SCADA configurations and design challenges.
• Coordinate with third-party integrators for SCADA rack and field network assemblies.
• Develop and reinforce drawing review quality standards across the design team.
• Support commissioning readiness, project handoff, and long-term system reliability.
