SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a senior SCADA Design Lead to own the in-house SCADA monitoring and control system designs for utility-scale PV, BESS, and wind projects. You will lead design workstreams, resolve complex issues, and reinforce SOLV standards to ensure reliability and timely delivery.

This fully remote role requires expertise in AutoCAD, Visio, networking, and NERC governance. You will mentor engineers, review drawings, interfaces with OT teams, and drive standardization across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical or energy engineering preferred.
• Direct experience drafting SCADA drawings for power plants.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and networking concepts.
• Experience with NERC compliance and governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead SCADA design workstreams for utility-scale PV, BESS, and wind.
• Develop drawings for SCADA systems in AutoCAD/Visio.
• Review project scope, prepare design documentation including diagrams and BOMs.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with OT team(s).
• Support commissioning and field installation activities.
