The candidate will manage Dynamics 365 and Salesforce CRM platforms, drive data accuracy, and support executive decision-making with timely analytics.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Dynamics, Salesforce).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2008 / TL 9000 quality management standards and Records Retention procedures.
• Proven capability in tracking incentive schedules, auditing sales win criteria, and managing complex spreadsheet trackers.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interface with Sales, HR, and senior leadership.
• Experience managing or administering training programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage user access for the Dynamics 365 CRM Sales Module.
• Assign Khalix account codes for new accounts in CRM.
• Review and validate CRM opportunities moving to Closed/Won with required documents.
