Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to ensure flawless sales systems and processes across the Americas. You will govern CRM data, manage SIP payout accuracy, and deliver data-driven insights to ATS/CCS leadership.

This role also oversees training plans and partner relationships, in a fully remote, individual-contributor capacity. You will drive monthly and quarterly reporting, support quota planning, and coordinate system improvements in Dynamics 365 and Salesforce.
