Celestica’s Sales Operations Manager ensures sales systems/processes operate efficiently, guiding global opportunity pursuit. The role ensures deal closure is documented and incentive payouts align with policies, while managing ATS/GCBU training and vendor relationships.

As an individual contributor working remotely, you’ll support executive reporting, system governance, and continuous improvement across Dynamics 365 and Salesforce, with a focus on data integrity and performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM user access and validate opportunities for Closed/Won.
• Oversee quarterly SIP and payout documentation.
• Generate and maintain quarterly Compensation Tracker Reports.
• Support HR in validating MBO data and renewal of vendor contracts.
• Lead annual quota process and CRM improvements across systems.
