Celestica is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to ensure sales systems run efficiently worldwide. You will oversee CRM access, incentive plan administration, and data-driven reporting to ATS and CCS leadership. This role emphasizes governance, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, HR, and GMs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Dynamics, Salesforce).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2008 / TL 9000 quality standards and records retention.
• Proven ability to track incentive schedules and audit sales criteria.
• Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with Sales, GMs, VPs and HR.
• Track record of identifying bottlenecks and driving process automation.
• Experience managing or administering training programs.

Responsabilités

• Manage user access for the Dynamics 365 CRM Sales Module and validate roles.
• Assign Khalix codes for new accounts within CRM and review Closed/Won deals.
• Oversee quarterly SIP schedule, payouts, and documentation validation.
• Generate and audit Compensation Tracker Reports from CRM data.
• Obtain formal SIP approvals from Segment VPs and assist with Sales MBO data.
• Execute month-end reporting: Forecast Wins, Live Funnel, Win/Loss, Khalix loads.
