Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to own end-to-end scheduling, monitor pipeline health, and oversee scheduling automation.

You will partner with Recruiters, Sourcers, and Recruiting Managers to drive process improvements, handle escalations, and ensure seamless coverage across your pod.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination in high-volume scheduling environments.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools in daily work, with judgment to know when to override outputs.
• Proven ability to own and improve processes with measurable impact.
• Strong partnership skills with Recruiters, Sourcers, and Hiring Managers.
• Excellent judgment and independent decision-making on scheduling changes and prioritization.
• Clear, professional communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and proactive problem solving.
• Genuine interest in AI safety and the company mission.

Responsibilities

• Automation Supervision: Run scheduling tools, verify output, and decide when human touch is needed.
• Pipeline & Capacity: Surface bottlenecks and recommend what moves first when busy.
• Complex Scheduling: Manage changes, cancellations, and rescheduling end-to-end.
• Escalations: Own escalation path, flag patterns, and drive resolution with management support.
• Project Work: Own end-to-end projects from problem to adopted solution.
• Coverage: Coordinate pod coverage during absences and surges to avoid gaps.
• Candidate Experience: Maintain a high-touch, warm experience and clear status updates.
