Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a University Recruiter (Contract) to support Engineering hiring for interns and new grads. This remote-friendly, hourly role covers full-cycle recruiting and recruiting events.

You will partner with engineering leaders, manage high-volume pipelines with a strong focus on candidate experience, and leverage AI to scale processes. The contract runs September through February, with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with senior engineering leaders as a talent advisor.
• Track record of sourcing, screening, and closing early in career technical candidates.
• Focus on efficient recruiting processes that support high-volume, diverse candidate pools.
• AI builder mindset: using AI for personal productivity and programs at scale.

Responsibilities

• Advise and partner with managers and directors in our Engineering organization.
• Full-cycle recruiting from source to close for technical intern and new grad candidates.
• Partner with UR Team to assist with team matching and allocation.
• Manage high volume while maintaining excellent candidate experience and data integrity.
