Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to support interview logistics, scheduling, and travel arrangements for a fast-paced hiring team across multiple functions. This temporary role, paid through a third-party staffing agency, can be based in San Francisco, New York, or Seattle, with a hybrid model and regular updates to candidates.

You will use Ashby ATS and related tools to stay organized, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth candidate

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a fast-paced recruiting coordinator role.
• Strong focus on candidate experience and hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and manage interviews across the globe, including travel and accommodations as needed.
• Use Ashby ATS and recruiting tools to stay organized and keep the team on track.
• Support multiple functions through cross-training, scheduling support, and assigned tasks.
• Handle high-volume scheduling of phones, video calls, presentations, and onsite interviews.
• Provide timely updates to candidates and maintain clear communication with hiring managers and stakeholders.
