United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in full-cycle recruitment, with a track record of sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across functions.

You will manage the full lifecycle, build sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, maintain pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience while supporting employer branding and diversity initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies.
• Strong understanding of employment laws, recruitment best practices, and interview techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create clear job descriptions.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Support HR initiatives, including workforce planning, talent development, and diversity & inclusion efforts.
