Job summary

EnduroSat in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for space-related roles. You will build stakeholder relationships, source candidates across channels, and promote internal referrals to attract world-class talent with the right cultural fit.

You will partner with hiring managers, craft strategies to improve offer acceptance, and drive scalable recruitment processes while ensuring data integrity and compliant practices for the US and California markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in hiring in the Space industry.
• Hands-on sourcing experience.
• Experience with a modern ATS and data-driven recruiting and advanced sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of US hiring compliance and California pay transparency best practices; ITAR/EAR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing the complete recruitment process for various space-related roles.
• Identifying and managing candidates from initial contact through offer acceptance and raising the offer.
• Developing recruitment strategies to attract and maintain top talent.
• Coaching hiring managers to improve the offer acceptance rate.
• Maintaining data integrity to report on recruitment data and metrics.
• Designing and continuously improving a structured interview process (scorecards, interviewer training, calibration)
