This full-time role can be based at a US hub or fully remote within the United States, partnering with senior leaders to scale talent acquisition and drive effective recruiting programs.

You will shape staffing strategies, build a diverse talent pipeline, and lead with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience partnering with executives to develop recruiting strategies.
• Strong data and storytelling ability to guide decisions.
