Qualifications

• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional yet friendly.
• 1+ years in admin/coordination in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work with multiple people and adapt to priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Experience in project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule high-volume interviews globally, including senior and executive searches.
• Partner with recruiters and interviewers to deliver a strong candidate experience.
• Solve problems and adapt quickly as priorities change while handling sensitive information.
• Collaborate with coordinators and cross-functional partners to support hiring.
• Own the onsite candidate experience, acting as the primary host in the office.
