United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Associate Recruiter to attract, identify, and hire great talent. You will source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and help manage candidate experience across the hiring process.

You will work with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, post ads, and maintain candidate records in our ATS while staying current with industry trends. This is a permanently remote, full-time role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required.
• Experience in sourcing and interviewing preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and roles.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms.
• Entry-level candidates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Assist in creating and posting job advertisements.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Scout talent on platforms such as Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline processes and maintain accurate candidate records.
