Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years of recruiting experience, or a master’s with 6+ years in relevant roles.
• Experience recruiting in engineering, operations, and specialized professional areas in regulated industries preferred.
• Strong passive candidate sourcing through Boolean search, market research, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and role requirements.
• Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies focused on engineering, operations, and specialized roles.
• Identify and cultivate passive candidates using LinkedIn, databases, and market research.
• Build and maintain high-quality pipelines for current and future roles.
• Conduct market research to understand compensation trends and talent availability.
• Collaborate with HR and compensation teams on offers and negotiations.
• Support recruiting events, campus outreach, and employer branding initiatives.
• Contribute to broader TA initiatives and process improvements.
