Remote position with preference for Eastern/Central Time Zone and up to 15% travel. You will leverage sourcing, market research, and strategic partnerships to fill critical roles in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years recruiting experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Experience recruiting engineering and operations talent in regulated industries preferred.
• Skilled in sourcing passive candidates via Boolean search, market research, and networking.
• Ability to partner with HRBPs, compensation, and managers.
• Experience with ATS and Workday preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and role requirements.
• Develop and execute targeted recruiting and sourcing strategies for engineering, technical, program management, and specialized roles.
• Identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, internal databases, and market research.
• Build and maintain high-quality technical pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conduct market research on skill availability and compensation trends.
• Partner with managers to establish assessment strategies and interview approaches.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screens for technical fit.
• Provide talent market insights to managers and leadership.
• Manage candidate activity and maintain Workday documentation.
• Support compensation analysis and offer development with HR.
• Assist with recruiting events and employer branding programs.
• Contribute to TA initiatives and process improvements.
