Job summary

Saab AB is seeking a Senior Recruiter to identify, engage, and hire high-caliber technical talent, with a focus on Engineering and Operations. This remote role supports U.S.-based hiring with travel as needed and a preference for Eastern or Central Time Zone candidates.

You will partner with hiring managers, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to build pipelines, design assessment strategies, and drive candidate experience from sourcing to offer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years of recruiting experience, or a Master’s with 6+ years.
• Significant recruiting experience in complex corporate environments, with engineering and operations talent preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills for active and passive candidates using Boolean search, networking, and market mapping.
• Ability to partner with engineering leaders, HRBPs, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday or similar ATS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies for engineering, operations, and professional roles.
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn, databases, and market research.
• Assess candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Provide talent market insights and negotiation support.
• Manage candidate activity and maintain accurate records in Workday.
• Support recruitment events and employer branding initiatives.
