Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to identify and hire top engineering and operations talent. You will partner with managers, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to build pipelines and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

The role supports remote work with a preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central Time Zone and requires travel up to 15% as needed to support recruiting efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years of experience, or Master's with 6+ years.
• Experience recruiting for engineering and operations in complex environments.
• Sourcing passive talent via Boolean, market research, and networks.
• Ability to partner with engineering leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with ATS and recruiting tech; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and requisition needs.
• Develop targeted recruiting and sourcing strategies focused on engineering and operations.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate passive candidates using LinkedIn and other sources.
• Build and maintain high-quality technical talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conduct market research, talent mapping, and compensation considerations.
