Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to identify, engage, and hire top technical talent with a focus on engineering and operations. You will partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and compensation to build pipelines, shape assessment strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

This is a remote role with a preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central Time Zone and travel up to 15%. A strong background in engineering, aerospace, or defense recruiting will help drive

Qualifications

• 8+ years recruiting and sourcing experience (Bachelor’s degree).
• Strong background in engineering, operations, or technical roles.
• Proven ability to source active and passive candidates.
• Experience partnering with HRBPs, compensation, and hiring managers.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and role requirements.
• Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies for engineering and technical roles.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate passive candidates using multiple sourcing methods.
• Maintain high-quality candidate pipelines and timely communication throughout the process.
• Support compensation analysis and offer development in collaboration with HR.
