Saab AB in the United States is seeking a Senior Recruiter to identify, engage, and hire high-caliber technical talent, especially in engineering and operations. You will partner with managers, HRBP, and cross-functional teams to build pipelines for specialized roles in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

This is a remote position with a preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central Time Zone and up to 15% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience or master’s with 6+ years.
• Experience recruiting for engineering and operations in complex environments.
• Strong sourcing skills for active and passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and needs.
• Develop targeted recruiting and sourcing strategies for engineering and operations.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate passive candidates using multiple channels.
• Build and maintain high-quality technical talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to understand skills availability and compensation trends.
• Collaborate to establish assessment strategies, interview approaches, and selection criteria.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screens to assess qualifications.
• Advise hiring managers on talent availability and compensation considerations.
• Manage candidate activity and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain candidate data in Workday and coordinate with compensation on offers.
• Support recruiting events and employer branding to strengthen Saab’s pipelines.
• Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives and process improvements.
