Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to identify, engage, and hire top technical talent for engineering and operations. The role emphasizes collaboration with hiring managers, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to build strong pipelines.

This remote position, preferred in Eastern or Central Time zones, may require travel up to 15%. The successful candidate will source passive talent, lead assessments, and ensure an excellent candidate experience while delivering results for Saab, Inc.'s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in a relevant field with extensive recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting engineering, operations, and specialized roles.
• Strong sourcing of passive candidates using Boolean searches and networking.
• Proven ability to partner with HR, managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting tech, preferably Workday.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and priorities.
• Develop targeted recruiting strategies for engineering and operations roles.
• Source, engage, and nurture passive candidates.
• Build and maintain strong technical talent pipelines.
• Guide interview and assessment processes with stakeholders.
• Manage candidate lifecycle and documentation in Workday.
