Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree with relevant experience in recruiting/sourcing.
• 8+ years of recruiting experience; strong in engineering/operations.
• Experience recruiting in defense, aerospace, technology, engineering, or regulated industries.
• Proven ability to source and close passive talent through strategic sourcing and market research.
• Strong partnership with engineering leaders, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and role requirements.
• Develop recruiting and sourcing strategies for engineering and specialized professional roles.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate passive candidates using LinkedIn and other tools.
• Build and maintain high-quality technical talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to understand compensation trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with and advise hiring managers on assessment strategies and selection criteria.
• Screen resumes and perform initial candidate screens for technical fit.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor on compensation considerations and recruiting strategy.
• Manage candidate activity and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Support compensation analysis, offer development, and negotiations with HR.
• Assist with recruiting events, campus outreach, and employer branding.
