Job summary

You will partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to build strong pipelines and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

The role is remote with a preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central Time Zone and may require up to 15% travel. Saab, Inc.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in engineering/operations.
• Experience sourcing passive talent and building pipelines across technical domains.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand workforce plans, role requirements, and priorities.
• Develop and execute targeted recruiting and sourcing strategies for engineering, technical, program management, and specialized roles.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate passive candidates using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
• Build and maintain high-quality technical talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to understand skill availability and compensation trends.
• Establish effective assessment strategies, interview approaches, and candidate profiles with hiring managers.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screens to assess technical qualifications.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers on availability, compensation, and recruiting strategy.
• Manage candidate activity through the recruiting lifecycle with timely communication.
