Saab, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to identify, engage, and hire top technical talent for engineering and operations.

You will partner with hiring managers, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to understand workforce needs, build pipelines, and drive a strategic recruiting program in a fast-paced environment. The role is remote with a preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central Time Zone and may require up to 15% travel.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for engineering and operations roles.
• Ability to source active and passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Experience in defense, aerospace, technology, or regulated industries preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS systems and recruiting tech; Workday preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and role requirements.
• Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies for engineering and technical positions.
• Identify and cultivate passive candidates using sourcing tools and networks.
• Build high-quality pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Lead candidate assessments and collaborate on offer decisions.
• Manage activity and provide high-quality candidate experience throughout.
