Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to identify, engage, and hire top engineering and operations talent. You will partner with hiring managers and HR to build strong pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role is remote with a preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central Time Zone and may require up to 15% travel. You will leverage your expertise in sourcing and recruiting complex roles to support Saab’s mission and growth.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in recruiting and sourcing, or a master’s degree with 6+ years of experience.
• Experience recruiting engineering and operations talent in defense, aerospace, tech, or regulated industries.
• Proven ability to source passive talent using Boolean search, market research, and targeted sourcing.
• Strong partnership with engineering leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for engineering, technical, program management, and specialized roles.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate passive candidates using LinkedIn, databases, and networks.
• Build high-quality technical pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to understand compensation trends and talent availability.
• Assist with compensation analysis and offer development in collaboration with HR.
• Support recruiting events and university outreach to strengthen Saab, Inc.'s pipeline.
