Job summary

Saab AB is seeking a Senior Recruiter to identify, engage, and hire top engineering and operations talent for a remote role with preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central Time Zone. Travel up to 15% may be required.

You will partner with hiring managers, HR partners, and compensation to build robust pipelines and ensure a superior candidate and hiring manager experience. The role emphasizes sourcing both active and passive talent, leveraging networks and strategic recruiting strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Proven ability to recruit engineering and operations talent.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and talent needs.
• Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies for engineering and operations roles.
• Identify, engage and cultivate passive candidates using sourcing tools and networks.
• Manage candidate activity through the recruiting lifecycle and ensure a great candidate experience.
