Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to identify, engage, and hire top engineering and operations talent. You will partner with hiring managers, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to build robust pipelines and execute targeted sourcing strategies.

This remote role prefers candidates in the Eastern or Central Time Zone and requires travel up to 15%. You will drive a positive candidate experience and collaborate with compensation to deliver high-quality hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years recruiting experience preferred; master's with 6+ years acceptable.
• Strong recruiting experience in engineering and operations in complex environments.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates using Boolean search, market research, and networking.
• Experience partnering with engineers, HRBPs, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and role requirements.
• Develop targeted recruiting and sourcing strategies for engineering, operations, and specialized roles.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, databases, and market research.
• Build and maintain high-quality technical candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conduct market research, talent mapping, and compensation insights for strategy.
• Coordinate candidate evaluations, interviews, and feedback with stakeholders.
• Manage candidate activity and documentation in Workday.
• Support compensation analysis, offers, and negotiation with the team.
