Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Remote Director of Public Sector Mobility & Transit Partnerships to lead revenue by building partnerships with cities, counties, and transit agencies across California. You will own complex sales cycles and drive contracts from initial conversations to signed agreements.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of public-sector transportation experience and proven sales ability, with a track record of navigating funding and procurement to deliver sustainable mobility

Qualificações

• 8+ years in city/county government or public sector transport roles.
• Proven ability to sell to local government.
• Strong understanding of funding, procurement and implementation processes.
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building with public sector leaders.
• 100% remote work readiness and ability to travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Drive revenue by selling mobility solutions to cities, counties and transit agencies.
• Build and manage a robust government pipeline through outreach and events.
• Own multi-month sales cycles with deals from $100K to $2M.
• Develop relationships with public-sector decision-makers and uncover needs.
• Help clients identify grants and funding programs for transportation initiatives.
• Navigate procurement and contracting processes to close opportunities.
• Represent the organization at industry meetings with travel across California and nationally.
