Via seeks a Director, Strategic Partnerships for the Western US to drive revenue growth across the North American Western territory. You will build relationships with city governments, transport authorities, and private operators, guiding multi-stakeholder deals from first conversation to signed agreements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategy.
• Track record of owning and winning complex, high-value deals.
• Strong analytical storytelling to drive strategic decisions.
• Ability to adapt communication style across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and close high-impact partnerships with city governments, transport authorities, and private operators.
• Own and execute go-to-market strategy for the West's buying landscape and procurement processes.
• Create data-driven business cases showing platform impact on ridership and efficiency.
• Advise city leaders on network designs, funding mechanisms, and constraints.
• Represent Via at senior levels and engage in industry events and thought leadership.
• Provide market intelligence to product and strategy teams.
