Job summary

Saab AB in the United States (remote eligible) seeks a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to lead program cost and schedule baselines, analyze performance, and present results to senior leadership. Requires MS Project, EVMS, and DoD program experience.

You will develop IMP/IMS, integrate subcontractor data, perform EAC analyses, mentor staff, and drive process automation. Must have BA/BS and 8+ years in technical or government contractor environments; U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.
• Proficient in MS Project, EVMS, Deltek Cobra, and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and monitor EAC.
• Mentor PM teams in EVMS tools, processes, and best practices.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost/schedule data into program data.
• Prepare and present accurate program review documents to senior leadership.
