Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support its growing organization. The role is fully remote for a qualified candidate in Syracuse, NY or other locations. The successful candidate will lead program cost/schedule baselines, analyze performance, and present reviews to senior leadership.

Required skills include MS Project, EVMS, and DoD EVM experience, with 8+ years in relevant environments. Strong collaboration across IPTs and multiple locations is essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of program cost/schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical/predictive) and monitor EAC and MLR.
• Mentor program teams in EVMS, PPM tools and best practices.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost/schedules into program data.
• Prepare and present program reviews to senior leadership.
