Saab, Inc. is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to drive program cost and schedule baselines, analyze performance, and present findings to senior leadership.

The role requires strong MS Project skills, EVMS expertise, and the ability to mentor PM teams across multiple locations. Remote work is eligible; candidates should have extensive experience with contract performance management, EAC, risk management, and IMP/IMS development to support Saab’s programs across the United

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.
• Proven experience with MS Project and scheduling tools.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development of program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and monitor EAC; present to leadership.
• Mentor teams in EVMS, scheduling tools and processes; ensure data integration across subcontractors.
• Define requirements to solve business problems and drive proactive decisions.
• Create detailed IMP and IMS, and ensure schedule integration across locations.
