Job summary

Saab AB is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support our rapidly growing organization. This role is eligible for full-time remote work and requires expertise in MS Project, EVMS, and complex scheduling with stakeholders across locations.

Responsibilities include leading program planning, EAC, IMS/IMP development, and detailed performance analysis to drive proactive decisions. Strong SME guidance and process automation are expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.
• Requires MS Project, Deltek Cobra, EVMS and related scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning and performance analysis within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and EAC.
• Mentor program teams in EVMS and scheduling best practices.
• Coordinate with IPT leads across multiple locations and interfaces.
• Develop IMP/IMS to meet contract objectives and integrate cost/schedule data.
