Saab, Inc. is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support our rapidly growing organization. The role emphasizes MS Project proficiency, EVMS, and collaboration with multiple IPT leads across geographic locations.

The position is eligible for full-time remote work, with responsibilities including development of baselines, performance analysis, and executive-level program reviews. Candidates should have 8+ years in technical or government contracting environments and a BA/BS

Competenze

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Mansioni

• Lead the development of program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and monitor Estimate at Complete.
• Mentor program teams in scheduling tools and processes and integrate subcontractor data.
• Perform advanced analysis in EAC, Management Reserve, Risk and Opportunity Management.
• Prepare and present program review documents to senior leadership.
