Saab, Inc. is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to guide program cost and schedule baselines, analyze performance, and present reviews to executives.

The role requires mastery of MS Project, EVMS, and DoD-style scheduling practices, with extensive collaboration across multiple locations. The position supports a fully remote work arrangement, engages with stakeholders, and emphasizes proactive risk management, milestone tracking, and IMS/IMP development across complex defense

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of program cost/schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyse program performance (historical and predictive) and monitor EAC.
• Mentor program teams in scheduling tools and processes.
• Integrate subcontractor data into program data and perform advanced EVMS analysis.
• Prepare and present program reviews to senior leadership.
• Ensure schedules are integrated and CPS/CPM are maintained.
• Coordinate IMP/IMS development for proposals and execution.
• Drive proactive decision making through risk analysis and resource loading.
