Job summary

Samsara is hiring a Senior Product Training Specialist focused on Scale to help thousands of customers derive value from the Connected Operations platform. You’ll lead cohort-based programs, live webinars, and community-driven experiences across industries like transportation, construction, and field services.

You will design engaging learning journeys, create materials, and leverage Samsara Community and AI tools. Remote work from the US is allowed, with emphasis on scalable training globally.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated experience delivering at-scale programs and live webinars.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. You’re dynamic and enthusiastic.
• Ability to build digital learning assets using AI models and authoring tools.
• Working grasp of instructional design with clear learning objectives.
• Self-directed and analytical; quickly learn new products and tools.
• Ability to analyze engagement data and iterate on content.
• Strong prioritization and multitasking across programs.
• Attention to detail and polish in all output.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• 3-4 years teaching or delivering training, with at least 1 year in scaled delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build, deliver and facilitate cohort-based one:many programs for customers, onboarding through advanced adoption.
• Design experiences tying physical and digital assets to live sessions or Community experiences.
• Produce and adapt training materials per team standards and brand guidelines.
• Leverage in-house tools (Samsara Community, AI tools; Slido) to optimize training.
• Demonstrate expertise across the Samsara platform and handle diverse customer questions live.
• Manage all live session logistics, registration, delivery, Q&A, polling, follow-up resources.
• Collaborate with CS Scale and Education to shape live training content and gather feedback.
• Identify knowledge gaps and partner with CS and Product to address them with programs.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
