Samsara is seeking a Senior Product Training Specialist focused on Scale customers (Commercial and Mid-market). You will design and deliver cohort-based programs, make complex platform concepts accessible, and guide thousands of customers through structured learning journeys across diverse industries.

You will lead live sessions, develop materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure measurable outcomes and customer success. This is a remote role open to US candidates.

Responsibilities

• Build, deliver and facilitate cohort-based one:many programs for customers
• Design experiences tying together physical and digital assets to live sessions
• Produce and adapt training materials to reflect product changes
• Leverage in-house and external tools to optimize training delivery
• Demonstrate expertise across the Samsara platform in live sessions
• Manage live session logistics, registration, Q&A, polling, follow-up
• Collaborate with CS Scale and Education teams to shape content
• Identify knowledge gaps and partner with Customer Success and Product to address them
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles in scaling globally
